What is your course? BS Forestry
What is Forestry? Forestry is the art and science of protecting, conserving and managing forests, tree plantations and natural resources. Since forest ecosystems are incredibly important to the planet, the field of Forestry is just as crucial for the environment as it is for our communities and economy.
Forestry is a multi-disciplinary and complex profession that involves the management of many values in addition to timber, including: biodiversity, wildlife habitat, water quality, recreation, employment, and community stability
Forestry can involve a more holistic study of the systems that provide us with natural resources or it can involve wide-ranging specializations. Such specializations range from genetics to forest ecology, from wildfire science to climate change, from watershed management to fish and aquatic ecosystem management, from forest pathology to entomology, from plant biology to conservation and forest policy, from geographic information systems software to business modelling, and more.
Why monsieuradrian? Monsieur \məs-ˈyə(r), məsh-; mə-ˈsir\ in the modern usage, it is used as a courtesy title of respect, an equivalent of English "mister" or "sir". Under the Ancient Regime, it is an honorific title that used to refer to or address the eldest living brother of the king in the French royal court. It is also a customary French title of respect and term of address for a French-speaking man. I always wanted to have a title for myself then I am using this french word now, though I am not a french-speaking man but for sure in the future. I am a "monsieur" at my own world, time, and life. Why manggugubatsasiyudad (foresterinthecity or urbanforester) as the title of your blog? I am a student taking BS Forestry and soon I will be a Forester. Last vacation, I was thinking if I would shift to another course then I realized that Forestry needs me and I need Forestry, and I think it would be just a waste of another years to start another degree program. Being a forester, I could contribute a lot of things to our country particularly in the Forests, preserving natural resources, to our environment, and in saving our Mother Earth. I really appreciate the real definition of what is Forestry. Throughout the years, I will surely understand better what would be my future and goals together with my degree. I am a PROUD FORESTER. :)
Why do you blog? Tumblr is my bestfriend now where I can express and show what I really feel inside of my heart. I blog cause I just want to express myself simple as that.
